There are four Catholic schools in our parishes, and from the new term, there will be mass for a group from each school once a month. As in the past, masses in St Joseph’s and at St Thomas More will be open to parishioners and will appear on the calendar of masses. St Mary’s school will continue to come to mass on Wednesdays. When there is a “public” mass in school, this will be the only mass that day.

Suggested times and locations: Thu 24 12pm (H); 4pm (C); 6:30pm (H); Fri 25 10am (C); All masses are of course open to all parishioners, and especially the 4pm Mass (Children, Families and Christmas Jumpers) and 6:30pm (Singers, Musicians – a parish choir and orchestra?); Sat 26 & Sun 27 usual weekend times.

Steph Hewitt is now for Parish Secretary for St Mary’s, Cannock doing general parish admin. Kully Wills continues doing financial administration at Cannock. Anne Walker continues as Parish Secretary at Hednesford.

Could you volunteer to help our parishes in some way? Piety Stall (H) manager? Small maintenance jobs at small or low cost? Legionella Survey, Lightning Conductor Survey, Asbestos Survey, Fixed Electrical Survey. Is there a parishioner who is an electrician, we have a light out on the altar (H) that needs attention.
